Max Weber 4652e8ede4 PluginManager: don't duplicate dependency plugins if they already exist 
If you had an external plugin with a PluginDependency on a core plugin
the core plugin would be included in the external `loadPlugins`
dependency graph, which would make it be instantiated twice. Since
external plugins can't depend on other external plugins, and core
plugins are guaranteed to be loaded first with no external dependencies,
we can just exclude dependency edges for nodes outside of the current
load list.

Max Weber 8571262840 config: add tag suggestions 
This is intended to make the tags feature more discoverable, as people
keep requesting "plugin categories". Putting plugins into a singular
category that will make sense for most users is impossible, as many
plugins will can logically be placed into multiple categories.

The Category Tag list is intended to be a short, curated, list of tags
that are helpful to a user trying to find plugins.

Max Weber d2a9d43a80 runelite-client: Make RuneScape Bold actually Bold 
This changes the font name and family for runescape.ttf to just
`RuneScape`, and the family of runescape_bold.ttf to `RuneScape`, with
the name `RuneScape Bold`. It also sets OS/2 weight and style to Bold.

This allows swing's HTML viewer to switch between these fonts naturally
with just a font-weight style, or a <strong> element

Max Weber 03511a4e00 interfacestyles: update widget bounds before every render 
this reverts commit abaf45092b

We need to run this every frame because the client can update the widget
bounds cache without calling [proc,toplevel_resize]. This is easily
reproducible by resizing the client in fixed mode, which causes the
the tli to be revalidated, but because its in fixed mode it doesn't run
the resize listener because the bounds don't actually change.

We use BeforeRender instead of ClientTick because ClientTick is posted
before cs2s are evaluated each tick, so if [proc,toplevel_resize] (or
any other cs2 that can touch these widgets) is called the widget would
be in the vanilla position for the next frame.

Max Weber 5f585987f5 Notifier: Reuse Clip instances 
This was leaking instances of Clip, which on linux/alsa+alsa-pulseaudio
keeps a connection to pulseaudio open forever, for each notification
which will eventually lock/crash the pulse daemon.

If we just made it close the clip, it would become difficult to change
the volume because the volume interface would go away as soon as the
clip has stopped playing, so instead we keep the clip around after it
has been loaded if the mtime of the file hasn't changed.

Max Weber 089a793ba0 PluginManager: require start/stop to be invoked on the EDT 
The current way of invoking it on the executor would let the client have
a start and a stop for a plugin sitting in the executor's queue, making
it toggle endlessly. This only was because we were using invokeAndWait
in startPlugin, which can't be invoked on the EDT because it would
deadlock with itself.

Max Weber 75687745f8 objectindicators: Correctly match template plane 
poh and cox instances use a different plane in their source chunks than
the destination chunks, which made this unable to remove the objectPoint
in most poh wallkits. This also makes it so if you add a dungeon to your
poh it won't destroy your markers

Max Weber a60d0f1a21 runelite-client: Use archive-patcher for the client-patch 
archive-patcher is faster and produces a smaller patch than the
previous bsdiff solution. this also introduces vanilla and patched
client caching, which significantly boosts startup time.
