Adam 2ef1f29c13 xptracker: support xp gains when offline 
When xp is gained when offline, the tracker calculates it into the
xp/hr, which can lead to very skewed stats due to the tracker being
generally paused when the player is offline.

This offsets the start xp by the gains when offline to correct for it.

Adam 3b40f945a7 xptracker: move initialization until after login 
This fixes the xptracker not being properly initialized if it starts up
after the player is already logged in.

Adam f300c541dc xptracker: update lastXp after submitting xp gains 
This prevents continious updates on logout after the threshold has been
reached.

Also initialize lastXp when the plugin starts in the event the player is
already logged in.

Adam 0e8d377adf keyremapping: fix race with sending messages and clearing chat input 
It is not necessary to clear the chat input when locking chat when a message would be sent.
Currently this races with the key handlers where it can sometimes clear the chatbox input
prior to enter being processed, resulting in dropped messages

This was introduced in b5acb61771

Adamandgregg1494 c4ee95d6c7 world hopper: add option to show current world ping 
If enabled, the current world is pinged every second and the ping is
drawn in an overlay

Adam 8282742c1a world hopper: change ping task to ping one world 
This will allow other tasks that are scheduled on the hopper executor to
not be blocked for long periods of time due to the world pinger.

This pings, at fixed delay, each world every 3 seconds, which for 200
worlds is at most as often as the previous mass-ping every 10 minutes.

Adam 34243f727c tooltip overlay: move tooltip clearing to a finally block 
Tooltips must always be cleared after each frame, and the overlay is
responsible for this. This fixes tooltips erroneously stacking up in the
event of an exception in the overlay

Adam 5844c7c5de imp plugin: handle npc changes to imps 
The imps in puro-puro will change into imps after spawning as a null
npc. Previously this would not track imps unless you happened to walk
into visibility of one while it was an imp.

Adam 05c6743cb0 Remove runescape-api and mixins 
This code is used by internal tooling to build the client patch, which
is already closed source, and is not directly shipped as a dependency.

Outside contributions to it are rare due to the lack of build tools, and it is
primarily being abused by others. As such, I no longer wish to release
further changes to it under BSD-2.

Adam a3e9b790dd client: fix behavior of walking where there are no tiles 
This only happens with a plugin force setting checkClick. This would
cause the client to possibly incorrectly send a walk packet next tick if
viewportWalking was set, since nothing ever clears it.

Adam 61ea6cf217 config manager: treat null and empty string equally in setDefaultConfiguration 
The config manager treats null and empty string as equal and will unset
config values which are set to the empty string with the config client.

This fixes the config manager applying default config values which are the
empty string when the current value is null, causing it to send an
unnecessary unset request

Adam 879e7f6b5d emoji plugin: fix stripping chat recolor tags 
This was using the event's message instead of the node's, after the
node's message had been wrapped with col tags.

Additionally, fix plugin to match emoji triggers that are in the same
word as (col) tags.

Adam f57abb7a7c keyremapping: fix keys getting stuck from map loading 
If a key is depressed when loading, the key press was not getting
remapped, causing the camera to continiously spin. Change to only ignore
key presses on the login screen.

Adam 417e48fc7e mixins: fix game object events to not fire for actors, projectiles, and graphic objects 
The client adds and removes these temporary objects each frame, and
was firing multiple despawn events each frame.
