c76c10c20c death indicator: use animation to detect death 
It is possible the player can move after their hp reaches 0, which makes
the player death event not always take place at the location of death

00c5e9d274 regen plugin: don't show regen if widget is hidden 
Don't render the regen meter if the minimap orb is hidden. Noticeable
during cutscenes and if the minimap is hidden in general.

e370aa76ef Add Icon Material Tab + Hover effects 
As material tabs started being in different ways than planned, the code
around them started being a little inconsistent. With this change I hope
to create a new constructor for Icon Tabs (skill calculator, farm timer)
and also add hover effects to them.
