* Overhaul of the Tick Timers plugin.
Added new OverlayUtils that are commonly found.
Added Attack Speed to npcManager. (Thanks wiki <3)
Updated Prayer API to contain widget info as well.

Currently, the wiki scraper has the hitpoints key name as hitpoints1/2/3/4 for challenge mode mobs, this adds an annoying obstacle. But i'm working on it.
