Juuso Lapinlampi 18de7a3d81 Fix spelling of Taverley 
The small village north-west of Falador is called Taverley, not Taverly.
A code comment in agility plugin and the UI of farming plugin indicated
incorrect names.

shmeeps eaa8b2d2c0 Use chat messages for GE notifications (#3492) 
- This prevents need for complicated code for handling notifications as they are already streamed in game
- Also prevents notifications occuring while GE window is open

Fixes #3484
