00c5e9d274 regen plugin: don't show regen if widget is hidden 
Don't render the regen meter if the minimap orb is hidden. Noticeable
during cutscenes and if the minimap is hidden in general.

e370aa76ef Add Icon Material Tab + Hover effects 
As material tabs started being in different ways than planned, the code
around them started being a little inconsistent. With this change I hope
to create a new constructor for Icon Tabs (skill calculator, farm timer)
and also add hover effects to them.

ed01a36ed1 Change schedule to GameTick sub in Tithe plugin 
Instead of using 600ms schedule, use GameTick event for subscribing to
game ticks.

Instead of creating logic for drawing arcs by itself, use PieComponent
and similar appearance of the pies as hunter plugin

- Use single GridLayout for XPTracker stats
- Use DynamicGridLayout to allow unequal sized columns
- Remove hgap to ensure large numbers can fit
- Prevent XP boxes from resizing
- Decrease borders to make large numbers more readable
