Adam 0821cf216d Clear stored npcs in fishing/pc/rc plugins 
Fixes #5970

This was originally attempted in 7eeb484c64 but
NPCs are not automatically despawned from a scene change, which causes eg. the
fishing plugin to lose fishing spots that are in view during a scene change.

Adam 6186314dbc http service: fix overwriting all default message converters 
The previous change to try and force GSON for serialization broke
default message converters such as text/plain. Change to use
extendMessageConverters and remove the Jackson converter instead.

Adam fe2eba06a7 http service: use gson instead of jackson for json serialization 
This fixes deserailization of the loot timestamps for the loot tracker,
and maybe other things. Note this does not use the same Gson instance as
http-api as Spring creates its own Gson, however they are both default
Gson instances.

Adam bc0ec093dc xptracker: limit how often the same players are looked up 
Use player rank to set how often the same player is allowed to be looked
up. Replace the ConcurrentLinkedDeque with a synchronized ArrayDeque
which has a constant time size().

Adam 5152be586f gpu: fix priority renderer face cull checking 
The face_visible check is not accounting for camera position, which causes
culled faces to erroneously be included (or not) into the priority renderer
distance calculations when placing 10 and 11 priority faces.

This was introduced in fd6b67fae2
