e370aa76ef Add Icon Material Tab + Hover effects 
As material tabs started being in different ways than planned, the code
around them started being a little inconsistent. With this change I hope
to create a new constructor for Icon Tabs (skill calculator, farm timer)
and also add hover effects to them.

29ab54994f perspective: do not remove culled faces from clickbox calculation 
It seems culled faces are intentionally added to some models for their
clickboxes.

- Use single GridLayout for XPTracker stats
- Use DynamicGridLayout to allow unequal sized columns
- Remove hgap to ensure large numbers can fit
- Prevent XP boxes from resizing
- Decrease borders to make large numbers more readable
