Seth 11f8d38767 barrows overlay: Replace existing slain brother overlay with our own 
The in game overlay is positioned top-left in resizable mode, which covers up everything positioned there. This will create an overlay similiar to the in-game one that can be moved/positioned anywhere

Seth ad4546b816 ground item overlay: Fix boxes appearing very small with small font 
The box was based off the width of the font, which made the box super small when using the small RS font. This will provide a fixed rectangle size on any font.

Seth 4a90ff549e npc indicator: add shift right click to add tag option 
currently, npc tagging causes some npc's to have the tag option as left click which can cause missclicks. This adds the ability to add the "tag" option only when shift is being pressed

Some courses have obstacles that have XP equal to another courses last obstacle making it trigger a new course. This adds a region check to make sure you are in the correct region for the course

Seth fb3225ec34 fishing plugin: remove broken minnow npcs and swap to graphic check 
previous "bad" minnow spot (npc ID 7734) was removed/changed to something different and now the fishing spot will just change graphic animation when the spot is bad.

Seth 90eec779c9 Remove viewport contains 
Since we have the ability to render behind widgets now, the "check if viewport contains" is not necessary anymore. Instead replace it with distance check to remove it if ran off screen.
