fc63c540a0 Update stamina potion timer to include shared stamina potions (#5750) 
Fixes #5176.

This PR updates the stamina potion timer functionality so that the timer also shows up when the player gets a stamina boost from another player (via Boost Potion Share spell)

cd18bed7d9 world map plugin: Update fairy ring icon 
This updates the fairy ring icon to more closely resemble existing
travel icons and be less busy-looking than the current "sparkly" icon.

Closes runelite/runelite#2940

ac5ef045b7 Make sprite and widget sprite overrides more flexible 
- Expose NodeCache interface in RuneLite
- Expose Client.getWidgetSpriteCache and reset method on it
- Change setters for sprite and widget overrides to be getters

This allows for more than 1 plugin to use the widget/sprite override API
in future.

1b80b8d4cd Remove pouch counter from Runecraft plugin 
As it is no longer possible to accurately determine amount of essence in
runecrafting pouch due to varbits for it being removed, remove the
feature.

Closes #5667
