Max Weber d1d93f05e0 runelite-client: Log uncaught exceptions 
Previously exceptions would be printed to stderr, and not show in log files.

This also adds a case for AbstractMethodError because it almost always means the injector needs to be re-ran.

When teleporting to a updating region (ardy teleport), it would save the new region's varbits to the old region's config.

For panels with tabs it is best to have the scrollbar inside of the tab pane, not around it.

Max Weber b3fa9a5e49 Allow ItemManager to be ran off the client thread 
This allows the ItemManager to return a blank BufferedImage if it's not called on the client thread. This also makes it not render the image until the cache has been downloaded

Max Weber 5054caffa1 Initialize ItemManager to a complete state 
This reverts e3637fbb27868c42b9acb7c9f2a8f4308179e143 , changing it so RuneLite gets it's ItemManager late, as opposed to the ItemManager being constructed in a invalid state.

Max Weber b66cb70751 runescape-api: remove RSCacheableNode::getNext() and getPrevious(). 
They are different than RSNode's next and previous, but have the same signature so they can get called instead. This caused the ground overlay to only show 1 item because it was iterating the cache, not the item list.
