98da4aa810 interfacestyles: fix 2005 fixed mode minimap's right side 
The right side of the inside was missing a single pixel for some reason,
which caused a "crack" where the minimap wasn't rendered

Most of this class is defaults, which can just be a normal method and a
listener for hover support, which is part of the base class anyway.

3e19d45673 clientloader: don't lazy load client classes 
Currently if the patched jar is modified on disk after the client
starts, the client can classload in from the modified jar instead, which
is problematic when running multiple different versions at the same
time.

76fdb50fa6 kourendlibrary: remove unneeded hidden flag from overlay 
From testing, this flag didn't seem to do anything useful.
It might have also led to certain users thinking that the plugin was broken if they had enabled the plugin after the client was started.

d6198ff311 camera plugin: add option to rotate camera with right click 
The camera rotation only takes effect when there are no menu entries.
This also adds an option to make the middle button then open the menu.

9a2872eacf chat message manager: deprioritize chat message hook 
This applies color after all plugins are done processing the event, which fixes the league chaticons plugin stripping color tags when trying to strip the ironman symbol
