2f85f42b66 Fix & add emote clues. (#1485) 
Fix errors in wording, case, and spacing of various emote clue texts

- Add Laugh in front of the gem store in Ardougne market emote clue
- Add Blow a raspberry in the Warrior's guild bank emote clue
- Add Shrug in the Shayzien command tent emote clue

81b8d2f664 Do not reuse HttpUrl.builder for building xp urls 
Due to HttpUrl.Builder being mutable, this causes duplicate URL path
segments when tracking more than 1 skill at a time.

5aba4ea448 Set default offset to center of tile for arrows 
Set default offset of the hint arrow to center of tile like type 2 of
the hint arrow does by default in runescape-client.

82963b5646 Some quality of life changes to the Motherlode Mine Plugin. 
The following changes have been done:

- Added red coloring to Pay-dirt in sack when the number of pay-dirt
exceeds or is equal to the maximum allowed.
- Added "Deposits left" to sack overlay. This shows the estimated
Pay-dirt deposits left before sack is full. This is calculated based on
inventory space. This is also colored red when deposits left are 0.
- Added region check to most functions

7337b4e2cb Make condition for H.A.M. pickpockets lowercase 
As target is lowercased, make the condition lowercased too so it can be
properly matched.
