aa46b11731 cache updater: fix race with saving archives and computing archive hashes 
The tasks submitted to the executor compute and set the archive hashes, but the hashes are required by CacheStorage to save them. Ensure the tasks are complete first before saving.

c96c8b979e barrows: simplify timer creation logic 
There is a rare bug which can cause multiple timers to appear at once,
and although I cannot figure out what is wrong with the existing code,
this simplifies the logic sufficiently that it shouldn't happen anymore.

2d5d490b50 kingdom: add notification message for favor and coffer value 
This allows setting a configurable threshold where you will receive a
message informing you your favor and/or coffer is low on login

e8fd08fa41 client: Remove shaded jar minimizing 
After the addition of runelite-jshell, some of its dependencies are not
preserved during jar minimization, causing the shell dev tool to fail on
some systems. This change ensures all dependencies are preserved in the
resulting shaded jar. This change results in a roughly 2Mb larger output
shaded jar.
