46ea18801d Fix NPE in ScreenShotPlugin 
Fix NPE that happens when titlebar is not present (not using the custom
window decorations) and plugin is trying to remove the screenshot
button from titlebar.

8699ce9414 Add plugin for displaying player names 
Plugin will be able to display own name (disabled by default), friend
player names and clan member names. Each of the options is configurable.

Fixes #324

f565c4b7dd Add tile indicators plugin 
Add tile indicators plugin, that will currently highlight the tile
player is walking to. It is disabled by default, and have configurable
highlighting color.
