Adam 8610c488ba config service: update key name too when setting config 
The collation is case insensitive but the client properties are case sensitive. If the case of a key changes, the client will attempt to update it in the config, but will instead overwrite the old one in the service.

AdamandTomas Slusny 8cc4059525 Fix applying default config to session settings 
cda98f moved the plugin manager to not be registered on the eventbus until
after the session was opened. The session config was relying on the plugin
manager applying the default config based on the session open event.

This moves session loading to be prior to applying the default config, so newly
added config options get properly set at startup.

Fixes config panel breaking which expects the config to always have non-null
values for config items with defaults.

The zoom extender relies on multiple scripts to be up to date. If only one is changed, its functionality breaks badly.

Adam 042c99d3d0 perspective: change worldToMinimap location calculation back 
This is how the client calculates positions for npcs/players. Originally I had thought it fixed an issue with minimap overlays being off, but it was due to the constants we were using in worldToMinimap being off in order to account for renderMinimapLocation being wrong

Adam 23c13c1d53 cache: fix assembler to set correct switch table index 
The int operand of switch instructions is an index into the switch table. The operand was always 0, breaking scripts with multiple switches.

AdamandMagic fTail 69729c710c screenshot plugin: move level up and quest screenshots to after widget load 
Move screenshot to the next game tick after loading the interface. This
is needed to fix Hunter as it applies the widget text after it has
unhidden the widgets.
