5b12bcc907 gpu: workaround for forced anti-aliasing 
Forced anti-aliasing by the GPU applies multisampling to the default
framebuffer, and when blitting between two multisampled FBOs, the number
of samples in both FBOs has to match.

In order to make sure our anti-aliasing FBO has the same number of
samples as the default FBO, we bind the default FBO and check whether
its number of samples is non-zero. If it is, use this as the number of
samples for our anti-aliasing FBO instead of getting it from the
configured anti-aliasing mode.

dd3fd8645c chat message manager: add default color for friendschatnotification chat type 
This allows the config value for friends chat notifications to just
default to null, allowing plugins to detect whether or not we want to
override the default color for friends chat notification messages.

79cba4faa1 fishing plugin: update for fishing trawler changes 
Modify game timer to be 5 minutes.
Add option to replace the fish caught text with contribution amount
Remove activity timer notification as the mechanic has been removed

61b149ad3f achievementdiary: Update Runecraft task texts (#13485) 
The recent game update introduced golem cores for various runes which
can be crafted into multiple runes without a high runecrafting level.
The achievement diary text for tasks requiring crafting multiple runes
have been updated to indicate they must be crafted from essence.
