Max Weber 75687745f8 objectindicators: Correctly match template plane 
poh and cox instances use a different plane in their source chunks than
the destination chunks, which made this unable to remove the objectPoint
in most poh wallkits. This also makes it so if you add a dungeon to your
poh it won't destroy your markers

Max Weber a60d0f1a21 runelite-client: Use archive-patcher for the client-patch 
archive-patcher is faster and produces a smaller patch than the
previous bsdiff solution. this also introduces vanilla and patched
client caching, which significantly boosts startup time.

StackFormatter.formatNumber was incredibly misleading, it makes more
sense to remove Stack from the classes name than move it.

DecimalFormat likes to copy data into itself when formatting because
it is poorly designed, as such it cannot be used by multiple threads
at once.

- Use the pre-calculated center/extreme xyz fields for the aabb
 - use modelToCanvas and reduce indirection
 - Use a specialized union that only does axis-aligned rectangles
     instead of the Area class
 - Use a specialized intersection that only does convex polygons, again
     to avoid Area

Max Weber d5c4397a80 Revert "Shutdown plugins on window close" 
This reverts commit 6e080949f9.

This never worked because it ran stopPlugin on the AWT thread
which calls invokeAndWait, which throws when not on the awt
thread. Also stopPlugin only attempts to stop plugins that are
marked as disabled, but it is only called for plugins which are
enabled, so nothing actually happens. This also creates a deadlock
if you try to close the client while starting it, because
startPlugin is locked on one thread, but stop plugin is trying
to take the lock on the edt.

Max Weber 7a222bbb6f runelite-api Remove WidgetPositioned 
It is nearly guaranteed that this event runs every game tick, because
there are cs2s that touch widgets every frame. Additionally it should
have been run at the end of every client tick, but DeferredEventBus
doesn't support that.

Java's GraphicsConfiguration::getBounds() is completely nonfunctional
for me, returning nearly random values, which causes the our window to
move itself to random places, often outside of my displays' bounds
