This redudces the memory consumption significantly since it requires
less of the image to be in memory at one time

Adam c40b33a1e9 Don't overwrite okhttp ua if already set 
If the request has its own UA set, don't overwrite it with the default
RuneLite one. This has to be an interceptor and not a network
interceptor so that it runs prior to the okhttp BridgeInteceptor, which
is what sets the default okhttp ua.

Adam e6d83c8322 examine: fix examining ground items 
Remove support for examining npcs/objects which has been unused for a long time. All examines I see go through this examine_item script, so we can assume the ITEM_EXAMINE chat message type is used for all examines.

Adam 1c0a0f43ef mes: fix item swaps with op4 and op5 
Since the client does menu sorting after our tick event but before
rendering, it currently renders the wrong menu action. This prevents the
sorting when doing item swaps.

Adam 2bc2e867bd api: deprecate getVar(int) and use getVarbitValue(int) 
getVarbitValue was originally for external plugins which could not
modify the varbits enum, but now ints are used everywhere it is no
longer necessary for two separate methods

Adam d129c49923 api: replace varbits enum with ints 
This adds a Varbit magic constant annotation which is used now on
varbit parameters and fields.

This is roughly the same type-safety wise, with IDE support, but the ids
can be inlined by the compiler and it avoids having to have a large enum
class with many fields.

Adam 948d025695 menu swapper: change object left click configure method 
This changes from shift-clicking the option to adding dedicated options
for setting the swap. The menu swapper has existing shift-click object
swaps for climb-stairs and the current method interferes with it.

Adam b640c22c75 loot tracker: fix race with loading saved loot and client startup 
switchProfile can be run in early client startup via either startUp or the profile change event caused from the client remember username feature. Item compositions cannot be accessed this early and will throw an exception, causing the loot to fail to load.

Adam 69b6cdf5b0 gpu: set jogamp.gluegen.TestTempDirExec=false 
This prevents gluegen from testing if the tempdir is noexec, resulting
in it always using the tempdir. The test seems unreliable since we see
many users who fail the exec test but the plugin would work for
otherwise.
