a60d0f1a21 runelite-client: Use archive-patcher for the client-patch 
archive-patcher is faster and produces a smaller patch than the
previous bsdiff solution. this also introduces vanilla and patched
client caching, which significantly boosts startup time.

51e951e4dc attack styles: add test for swap between bludgeon and bow 
When swapping between bludgeon and bow, onWidgetHiddenChanged is called before
the weapon varbit is set. Since that varbit determines which widgets should be
hidden we would like to make sure the widget is set to hidden even after a
varbit change.

* make menumanager work with everything it didn't work with before

* rebuild left click before render instead of on client tick
