614fd800ea cannon: move wilderness skeleton cannon spot off shooting star 
Because of the shooting star update a cannon can no longer be placed at the old cannon spot. Move location of the cannon spot a few tiles south-east where the cannon can hit an optimal amount of skeletons.

9d048fce41 gpu: fix clEnqueueReleaseGLObjects call with no wait list 
The spec prohibits calling clEnqueueReleaseGLObjects with 0 for
num_events_in_wait_list but a non-null event_wait_list. Special
case passing a null wait list when there are no compute events
to wait for.

aa46b11731 cache updater: fix race with saving archives and computing archive hashes 
The tasks submitted to the executor compute and set the archive hashes, but the hashes are required by CacheStorage to save them. Ensure the tasks are complete first before saving.
