b90d37c8ec Use mouse/keyboard idle state properly in IdleNotifier 
- Use mouseLastPressedMillis instead of mouseIdleTicks as
only mouse press events indicate that player is idle, and not mouse
movements
- Use also keyboard check when resetting idle when active

323c55f3ae Reorder time tracker tabs by priority 
Timers -> Birdhouses -> Herbs -> Trees -> Special (for seaweed) ->
Flowers (because of recent buff) -> Bushes (whiteberries) -> Grapes
(wine of zammy?) -> Hops

44c32ff641 diaryreqs: Update scrollbar with new length 
This interface was ported to a different widget (in #5346), but that interface has a dynamic length, controlled by cs2 2523, which is called by the server when the interface is filled. Simply call the cs2 again after the next one has ran with our new linecount.

2df2279455 interface styles plugin: Add more error handling 
If a file is expected but not found, an IllegalArgumentException will be
thrown as a result of `null` being passed to the `ImageIO.read` call.
This commit adds better logging for this error case.

9cacfedea1 Fix fishing plugin inventory/equipment check 
Check both inventory and equipment when receiving item container change
events instead of hiding overlay if item is not contained in all
item containers.
