d228add898 http api: fix GameItem to have a no arg constructor 
This was broken with the lombok update from 1.16 to 1.18 and breaks
deserializing of loot tracker requests.

0674537c33 Change menu manager to not modify npc composition 
This fixes issues with NPCs despawning while their menu has been modified keeping the menu permanently on, and also not being able to tag NPCs with all menu options taken.

180d8d91a6 barrows plugin: don't draw dots for npcs which are hidden on the minimap 
Check the isMinimapVisable variable before drawing NPC dot on minimap in
barrows plugin.

e626744e52 mlm plugin: add ore tracker 
Adds a new overlay to the motherlode mining plugin that keeps track of
all ores mined during a particular motherlode session. Plugin listens to
changes in the SACK_NUMBER varbit to determine when the player's
inventory should be checked for new ores.

7dfd5128ff Move menu entry nulling to BeforeRender 
As render() and ClientTick rates are inconsistent (unless user has
50FPS, then they are same) the menu entries can flicker because
ClientTick will be called more often than render and so when frame is
skipped, menu entry is nulled and that causes flicker.
