2df2279455 interface styles plugin: Add more error handling 
If a file is expected but not found, an IllegalArgumentException will be
thrown as a result of `null` being passed to the `ImageIO.read` call.
This commit adds better logging for this error case.

9cacfedea1 Fix fishing plugin inventory/equipment check 
Check both inventory and equipment when receiving item container change
events instead of hiding overlay if item is not contained in all
item containers.

6a780f3e81 Fix sorting order of overlays 
- Without sorting each layer separately, comparator is producing wrong and
undeterministic results every so often
- The order of widget overlay was inversed and also was using Set
instead of List what was returning undeterministic results once again

e05c1baffd Make XP globes use TOP_CENTER snap point 
Make XP globes layoutable and make them use TOP_CENTER snap point for
layouting. This removes the need for configurable centering, so remove
that as well.

b5e16f0b17 Disable XP globes plugin by default 
Vanilla RuneScape interface together with XP tracker already provides
all informations that is contained withing XP globes, so disable this
plugin by default to reduce the unnecessary noise for casual users.

Show fishing overlays only when player can actually fish (e.g is in
fishing session or has fishing equipment). This drastically reduces
noise for casual players.

Make kills done in same tick on same tile count only once to prevent
duplicated entries in loot tracker.
