31d8e88099 Loot tracker - Add ability to ignore items (#5483) 
This adds the ability to toggle items in the Loot Tracker, when an item is toggled, its price won't count towards the price check, and if the "Show ignored items" config option is not enabled, it won't be displayed on the loot tracker UI either.

a0b5e490cd Add tag tabs to bank tags plugin 
Bring the ability to add tabs to your bank for quick access to search tags.

Features:
* Adding a tab
* Selecting and deselecting a tab
* Changing a tab's icon
* Reordering tabs
* Scrolling of tabs (With mouse wheel, ingame buttons, and dragging an item/tab over ingame buttons)
* Saving scroll position
* Dragging an item to a tab to tag the item
* Tagging placeholders
* Removing only a tab
* Removing a tab and deleting all tags from said tab
* Faster bank search when using tag tabs

cd18bed7d9 world map plugin: Update fairy ring icon 
This updates the fairy ring icon to more closely resemble existing
travel icons and be less busy-looking than the current "sparkly" icon.

d6e465877e clan manager: Use Sprite IDs for rank badges 
This commit adds `ImageUtil::resizeCanvas`, `ImageUtil::outlineImage`,
and `ImageUtil::fillImage`, and applies these functions to the clan
manager to replace the clan rank images with calls to `SpriteManager`.
