Jordan Atwood ceb1c96134 timers: Don't clear stamina on death 
As of 8aaaa320d3, a player's stamina timer
is determined from their vars thus does not need to be automatically
cleared on death.

This field was originally used to show a catch rate overlay, but all its

Jordan Atwood c7ea7a7e14 status bars: Override hitpoints and prayer max values in LMS 
While playing Last Man Standing, your hitpoints and prayer values behave
as though their maximum values were 99 instead of their actual max
values.

Jordan Atwood cbb0730a38 chat commands: Update clear word and clear line defaults 
Ctrl + backspace is an overwhelmingly common keybind for clearing the
word before the cursor. Meanwhile, clearing the current line is not as
common a keybind, so having an unset default is more sensible here for
users to decide for themselves what keybind they would prefer.
