Tomas Slusny a934cc4667 Pack and show frame only after properties update 
- Instead of packing frame first and then resizing and revalidating it,
pack it at the end so there is no overhead of resize and repaint events.
This save another like 200ms from startup time.
- Validate screen bounds after setting them to minimum size
- Update frame config after window custom chrome is set

Tomas Slusny bb55d9f52a Properly use javax.inject.Provider 
Instead of using providers in classes that should not be even used when
the optional dependencies are not present, move all Provider<> injects
to RuneLite (and to other top-level classes in other cases).

Adam 042c99d3d0 perspective: change worldToMinimap location calculation back 
This is how the client calculates positions for npcs/players. Originally I had thought it fixed an issue with minimap overlays being off, but it was due to the constants we were using in worldToMinimap being off in order to account for renderMinimapLocation being wrong

Jeremy Plsek 4fce3b5c84 ge plugin: rewrite alt-click searching 
This simplfies the code and improves performance by only needing to loop
over the menu entries instead of the inventory and checking all types of
inventories.

- Fix exceptions being thrown when losing focus on the client when
searching. There is still an exception when spam clicking, but that was
always there to begin with.
- Fix searching while using the GE window and while using a shop window.

Adam 23c13c1d53 cache: fix assembler to set correct switch table index 
The int operand of switch instructions is an index into the switch table. The operand was always 0, breaking scripts with multiple switches.
