41b7bd7207 itemmanager: updated to use local resources for stats, also addding discord client service. (#1000)

Remove DiscordWebHook plugin, it was pretty bad, can do better.

* Fix lombok @NonNull tag.

* Remove old imports.

* Fix travis.

ede14db9b2 Automatically filters loot tracker loot to only show loot that the currently 
logged in account has received and to show all loot from all accounts on
login screen
