7a7eed7bd2 Fix FlatTextField unsafe swing access 
As .setText on FlatTextField is called from non-swing threads, send
showing of the 'x' button back to swing thread. This prevents freeze of
the game in rare scenarios.

2d4c895e5e Properly check for changing values in raids plugin 
- Determine if we are in raid on startup
- Properly reset state on shutdown
- Do not reset raid state when not necessary

7effa9ee50 Add null-check for game canvas 
If frame is opened too fast and game did not managed to create the
canvas yet, frame will crash during startup on NPE.

73645c0f2b Remove unnecessary headers from plugin panels 
Now all plugin panels have tooltips so the headers are not necessary and
most of plugins do not have them already.

5c219c7ea5 ImageUtil: Add getResourceStreamFromClass method 
This replaces invocations of `Class.getResourceAsStream(path)` in order
to relieve plugin/client code from managing synchronization and handling
exceptions.
