b9cde8a787 Correctly focus game canvas when requesting focus 
Correctly focus game canvas when requesting ClientUI focus. Also, move
the call to OSXUtil.requestFocus() to clientUI.

62af296912 Fix "You are fishing" in fishing plugin 
Replace equality check with contains check due to recent renaming of
some fishing spots from OSRS side.
