Mantic-says-hi 4aa24c7737 Emote Clue fix and re-order + tob damage thing (#1647) 
* Fix Fight Arena Pub clue

Changed "Arena" instead of "arena", this clue also has a grammar error (two and's) which may be fixed by Jagex soon so this will have to be updated again. Also moved position of the clue to be in order with all the other headbang emotes.

* Alpha order

Cleaned up order of the set.

* 1-5 Party size support

Less cringe message

* Update DamageCounterPlugin.java

GeChallengeM d9eb815157 Delete safespot plugin. (#1637) 
It was only useful for pvp. For NPC's, the plugin never worked
because they use a reverse LoS algorithm. Only in very rare cases,
a 1-way safespot exists but noe of them are implemented in this plugin.
