Add fuzzy searching to config panel
Add fuzzy search to config panel. Searches for matching query in list of entries (plugin names) based on [Jaro-Winkler Distance](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jaro%E2%80%93Winkler_distance). Signed-off-by: Tomas Slusny <slusnucky@gmail.com>
