Tomas Slusny 31048d2632 Remove the need to extend JFrame in ClientUI ...

- Make ClientUI wrap JFrame inside
- Do not make RuneLite class depend on Swing API at all
- Create ClientUI through Guice
- Simplify initialization and showing of UI
