f31e366da6 random events: fix menu being hidden for own events 
This changes the plugin to work by just using interact change events,
which will happen regardless of the spawn events and whether or not it
is interacting at the time of spawn.

This fixes two bugs in the existing implementation:
1) not updating lastEventTick on interact change, causing
currentRandomEvent to get timed out near immediately
2) not sending notifications for npcs which spawn while interacting

e50dd43c9d Clarify that blowpipe won't work with Robin clue 
The ranged bonus of the toxic blowpipe is dynamic depending on darts
and does not count when trying to complete this cryptic clue.

bdd9feb3ea async buffered image: fix listener leak from subscribing to already loaded images 
Listeners are never removed from the image, and for hot images in the
image cache, the listeners are leaking. Since the images only change
once after loading, do not queue any further listeners once it has been
loaded.

6d554aae1b Add wilderness canoe icon to world map 
The wilderness canoe works like a portal teleport as it
is a one way transportation. I opted to use the normal transportation
icon in order to stay consistent with the other canoe stations,
though with a clarifying tooltip that no departures are to be made.

d627171bbe runelite-client: Rename StackFormatter to QuantityFormatter 
StackFormatter.formatNumber was incredibly misleading, it makes more
sense to remove Stack from the classes name than move it.

ea69b8e57d StackFormatter: synchronize access to NumberFormats 
DecimalFormat likes to copy data into itself when formatting because
it is poorly designed, as such it cannot be used by multiple threads
at once.

Since you are not getting fish while the flying fish is active, you are not
actually fishing any minnows.

a46e1c133d xptracker: fix out-of-sync add to canvas menu (#9983) 
Changes so that `XpInfoBox` uses same method of determining whether to show `Add to canvas` or `Remove from canvas` button by calling `hasOverlay`. Previously `XpInfoBox` would rely solely on its own state which meant that if canvas is added from anywhere else (e.g. skill context menu) this action is not known by the `XpInfoBox`.
