4f24bce080 music: don't restart when rendrawing tli 
the client now synchronizes the music volume with what is stored in the
var during toplevel_redraw, so if music was muted according to vanilla
it would stop music playback even if we were setting it higher.

30d377f566 timers: make thrall timer use boosted magic level 
turns out that thrall spells are seemingly the only arceuus spell with a
magic-level based duration that uses the boosted level, at least out of
the ones we have timers for

904960a31f clues: fix hot/cold enemies for updated kourend locations 
The shayzien overhaul caused the area to become single-way.
The area around the mess hall was also made single-way for some reason.

1d7172c099 runelite-client: use menu entries for focusing world map points 
The previous way had usability issues since it would cover up the close
button, consumed clicks for no reason on any icon, making it difficult
to pan around the map when zoomed out, and had no tooltips.

It previously also accessed widgets on the EDT, which is a threading
issue.
